The Arrogant Frog is the creation of Rosario Guarneri, a local French Restauranteur who brings a lifetime's love of wine and gastronmic cuisine to Hove.
Owning his own restaurant was always Rosario's dream and this was fulfilled when in 1996 he opened 'Victor's' the French Gastronomic Restaurant in the Lanes in Brighton.
Victors built up a loyal international clientele, and acknowledged for traditional and classic gastronic French Food, Rosario now brings his skills to the Arrogant Frog.
